Nothing’s frozen. It’s just 20 fresh ingredients used to create 5 delicious and simple weeknight dinners. And today they are generously giving away 6-month subscriptions to TWO lucky winners!

My husband & I have been trying to cut out processed, preservative laden food from our menu. Alas, it is not easy. To have someone planning and teaching us to menu plan (argggg!on our own) would be such a blessing. This would also give us a chance to share with our congregation and give our “potlucks” a much needed uplift too!

My husband and i live in a VERY rural area and it is EXTREMELY hard to get quality food from Oct-May. We do everything we can to stay organic and healthy, but those months are tough. We have been looking for a mail order program to compensate, but most still come from other countries.

I am now serving as an Americorps VISTA member (volunteer) and am getting a small living stipend of $10K, but this is tough with a husband who is just finishing college (served 2 tours in Iraq with the USMC so got a late start) and my being the only one able to work. It is rewarding and worth it, but it doesn’t leave much room for expensive organic products which we re used to buying.

This prize would be so very helpful to us, you have no idea! Thank you for the opportunity to enter!
