Good Luck!

I have been trying to “convince” my husband and two kids that the way mommy eats is not only good for you but tastes good too. As a school counselor I spend my days educating and encouraging others to make healthy choices and want to lead by example in providing the same for my family in an affordable way. It would be so helpful to have this help in order to feed my whole family fresh, healthy foods that they will love!
I would love some new dinner ideas and to possibly lower my grocery bill.
I would absolutely love to try this. We have 3 kids, one with food allergies and sensitivities. We try to eat “whole” foods and minimally processed foods, but darn it’s hard to be creative after the first few days.
I need to get my family on a healthier eating plan! I grew up on real food, but my husband did not! Getting him and my daughter off of processed/fast food is going to be a challenge, especially when I am gone to work! I need to have food available for them and it has to taste good to them to keep them from running out and grabbing something else.
I follow the fresh 20 on facebook.
My husband and I have just started a new healthier eating program so I am very excited that I stumbled on Fresh 20! We desperately need direction and structure. Even though I am a certified nutritionist, it’s a challenge to eat 100% FOOD!
wow!! This sounds amazing!! I am gluten free and eat non processed foods, and I think this would be amazing!
I’m sitting here with my 2 kids ( one of which is 3 months old) and I want so badly to start her early with good eating. Thanks
I fallow fresh 20 and here is my second entry and why I want to try fresh 20. For me..My trainer just told me not 2 days ago that I need to cut processed foods from my diet..Now reading your blog I believe it’s the best for the whole family.
I would love to try this service! I have 3 kids and work part time and need help with organizing our meals!!
My kids and I have been eating clean since last year and even though I try to think of new recipes I badly need some new ideas and variety. Also with two active teenagers, it’s can be hard to come up with healthy recipes that can be prepared quickly. This would be perfect!
This would be great, I have been looking for healthy meal options. I have started working out and trying to eat healthy so this would be a great addition to my new healthy lifestyle. Thanks for sponsoring it!
I have been looking for ways to start our new family off on a healthy start. We are stuck in a pureed squash phase!
great idea, i would love to have some new ideas

I would love an easy way to have fresh meal ideas readily available. My husband is stationed 1000 miles away and his ship is gone most of the time, I have stayed behind with my son to take care of the family farm. I work at an office during the day and my son stays active with soccer and taekwondo. I don’t have time to search through recipes and plan meals but I can’t stand to cook anything out of a box and I don’t like the idea of my son eating processed food. We would love a subscription to Fresh 20.
I would love to try Fresh 20 because I have been overweight for so long and even though I’ve tried dieting more times than I can count, I never seem to be able to stick with it. Maybe this will help me keep up with a healthier lifestyle.

I would love to feed my boys fresher foods on a more regular basis. This would be a great help!

We work full time and ge my husbands two young children a couple evenings a week for a few hours and every-other weekend. I spend a lot of time planning our food to make the most of our time. My stepkids’ mother tends to feed them fast food and poptarts and other things that make me cringe when I think of what their little growing bodies need to be strong and healthy. The Fresh 20 help would be a great way to spend more time with the kids instead of planning food while teaching us better things to eat and have more ideas to make planning a bit easier. I admire the challenge you took!
I would love to continue on my journey to help my family eat healthier. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and was so sick the first 18 weeks that I let our eating slack and ended up picking up fast food or whatever was easiest. I’m feeling better and back on track now but would love the extra help! Thanks!

I have been struggling for years to make healthy choices for my family, yet too often we end up turning to processed foods. I am at a point where I am desperate; my daughter is obese and my family is unhealthy we need to change.
Hi JoAnna! You should read “Death by Supermarket” by Nancy Deville. She researched the book for 4 years and goes into depth about what processed foods do to your body. It makes it so much easier to cut them out when you realize just how damaging they are to us. Half way through the book, I cleaned out our pantry and I have never looked back. I was so sick at how I had been hurting my family for the sake of convenience! Just by cutting packaged food out, the entire family lost weight from that one simple step alone. No other book has ever changed my life the way this one did. Except the Bible of course, bu that’s a given!!
