If you’ve never milled your own wheat or even heard of it, I promise it’s not as crazy as it sounds! With a NutriMill it’s actually fairly simple (kind of like grinding your own coffee).

We are big lovers of Mexican food at my house, and this Taco Pie is no exception! I took my Shepherd’s Pie recipe, gave the meat and veggies a taco flair, and topped it with sweet potatoes for an easy weeknight meal.

This recipe for Easy Couscous Stuffed Tomatoes is such a great way to close out summer! I served it along with The Best Whole Chicken in the Crock Pot and a simple spinach salad, and it turned out to be a super quick and easy weeknight meal. Enjoy :)
