A Bonus for Pre-ordering my New Cookbook!

10/25/16 update: The book has been released and the bonus pre-order form has been closed.

I’m so excited to share something I’ve been working on just for you – a free recipe eBook! Pre-orders have been rolling in for my newest cookbook (100 Days of Real Food: Fast & Fabulous due out October 25th), so I wanted to offer something special as a thank you – because nothing shows your excitement more than your pre-order!

I think you’ll be pleased when you finally get your hands on this one because the goal of this next book is to make your life easier. I also thought this little teaser eBook I’m going to give away could help pass the time until the big day is here in less than three months – eeek!

In this free eBook (available for those who pre-order before October 25th only), you’ll get the following:

  • 8 recipes that are nothing other than quick and easy – just like those in the new cookbook.
  • Color photos for each recipe.
  • What’s included…
    • 4 simple after school snack recipes (it’s hard to believe it’s that time of year again!)
    • 1 breakfast recipe
    • 1 salad recipe
    • 2 dinner recipes

In my new 100 Days of Real Food: Fast & Fabulous cookbook (pictured below!) you can expect to find:

  • 100 quick and easy recipes (75% of which have never been published) such as Applesauce Oatmeal Pancakes, Citrus Salad with Crispy Quinoa, Sweet Corn Muffins, Honeydew Green Smoothie, Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup, Easy Fish Tacos with Pico de Gallo, Parmesan-Crusted Chicken, and Chocolate Banana Pops.
  • Color photographs for each recipe as well as many fun lifestyle photos of us as well!
  • Simple cheat sheets on how to avoid the processed stuff with snapshots by food group.
  • Tasty and simple packed lunches for kids – and adults this time, too!
  • Four new seasonal meal plans with coordinated shopping lists.
  • A list of my supermarket staples from a variety of popular grocery store chains such as Target, Aldi, Kroger, and more.
  • The truth behind more than a dozen supermarket myths.
  • Kitchen tips, including food prep guides and storage cheat sheets.

As you can tell, I’ve been hard at work, and this is what the new cookbook will look like when it’s ready! Those are the fish tacos on the cover. :)

  1. First, I love Lisa’s blog and her two cookbooks. Thank you for all you do!
I preordered Fast and Fabulous and completed the form for the bonus, but I never received the email. If I send proof of pre-order purchase, would someone please send me the link to the bonus recipes?

  2. I preordered a copy when she first announced the book. Love it. Have already cooked tons from it but no free bonus material.

  3. I preordered from Amazon on Oct. 5th; I can get a screen shot when logged into my account if needed to show the preorder date. At that time when I tried to use the link above (now removed) to get the bonus materials, I did not have a paid invoice number to enter to receive the bonus materials. Amazon charges my card when a preordered item is shipped. I now have the required paid invoice number but have no way to get the bonus materials. Please help..
    Kind regards,

  4. I pre-ordered my book over a month ago…cold never find where to claim my free e-book. I ordered from Amazon…is it too late?

    1. I have a similar situation. I pre-ordered from Amazon and received my copy yesterday (yay!). But when I went today to fill out the form for my free e-book, the form is no longer here.

  5. YES!!!! New book! So, ordering it today. Now…….any idea when the 3rd book is coming out now that you have this one done? (Yes, I really am that excited for these recipes. I NEVER buy multiple cookbooks from any particular person, group, or series. Yours is the first.)

I just wish it had a Cook’n compatible format, that’s all.

  6. I tried to pre-order your book on amazon but it said it was currently unavailable and wouldn’t let me order it. I’ll try again soon.

    1. the link has worked now and I have pre-ordered your book. I loved your last one so am super excited about getting this new one, thank you.

  7. Ya know I am just learning about Paleo diet, are you familiar with it?
So I am trying to get off grains like wheat ,white flour, no rice, pasta that use those flours?

  8. I am looking forward to your new book. Your blog has been a great resource for me and given me so many great ideas. Thank you for all your efforts and for then sharing with us! Wish you lots of success with your new book!
