My 3 Favorite Marinades
I have three yummy marinades to share that are perfect for grilling this summer! It's tastier to make your own marinades, and it's better for you too.

Ingredients
Italian Marinade
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Asian Marinade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cilantro, freshly chopped
- 2 tablespoons ginger, freshly peeled and minced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions

Combine all ingredients for desired marinade and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before grilling.

can you recommend what meats/fish/poultry, etc to use for each? and how long to marinade?
