This homemade whole-wheat biscuit recipe is so quick and easy—plus it has only 5 ingredients!
Whole-Wheat flour Baking powder Salt Butter Milk
1. Combine dry ingredients and add butter
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, then cut butter into little pea sized pieces to add to flour mixture.
2. Pour in milk and knead the dough
Pour in the milk and mix together. Knead the dough, but do not over-knead it.
3. Cut out biscuit rounds
Use a drinking glass or cookie cuter to cut out the dough into circles.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
