Whole-Wheat Crepes

A healthier version of my grandmother's original crepe recipe that's delicious for breakfast, dessert, or even dinner (with savory fillings).

Eggs Whole-wheat flour Milk Water Honey Pure vanilla extract Salt Butter

INGREDIENTS

1. Make batter

Put all ingredients in blender and mix well. Let stand for about 15 minutes.

2. Heat pan and add batter

Melt and swirl butter over medium heat.   Angle pan and pour batter to cover pan and swirl.

3. Time to flip

Immediately use spatula to push down edges.  After 1 minute carefully flip it over without tearing crepe.

4. Roll up each crepe

Fry for 1 more minute on the other side and then roll up each crepe.
