I've got a great potluck dish that will be a hit at your next holiday party. The recipe for this melted cheesy (and healthy - hello broccoli dip!) goodness couldn't be any easier, so get ready to enjoy.
Remove any large stems from the broccoli and mince it along with the onion. Place it in the bottom of a mini (1.5 quart) slow cooker. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, and cheddar on top and give it a good stir. Turn on to high and cook for a minimum of 1 hour (just long enough for the broccoli to soften and the cheeses to really melt) before serving. Alternatively you could bake this dip in the oven on 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until bubbly on top!
