01 Make the Paste
Mix together the first six ingredients with a fork. Pour in the honey, vinegar, and olive oil and stir to form a paste.
02 Place in Crock Pot
Place the onion in the slow cooker. Top with the pork. Pour over the paste. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
