Air Fryer Filet Mignon
Juicy, tender, and full of flavor, this Air Fryer Filet Mignon is seasoned perfectly and topped with rich garlic butter. Each bite melts in your mouth with a buttery, savory taste and a crispy outside. Easy to make, but tastes like fine dining.

Ingredients

filet mignon

teaspoon
sea salt
½
teaspoon
ground pepper
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
onion powder

tablespoon
butter
softened
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
olive oil spray
Instructions
First, pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Season generously on all sides with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place in the air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil spray.
Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping after 4 to 5 minutes.
While this steaks cook, combine the softened butter and minced garlic.
Once the steaks are done, remove from the air fryer basket. Allow them to sit for 5 minutes before topping with garlic butter and serving.
Notes
You may need more or less air frying time depending on the thickness of your steaks.
Use a meat thermometer for accurate measurement. Medium rare steak is 130 to 135 degrees Fahrenheit internally.
Allowing the steak to sit after cooking allows the juices to stay locked in.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
