Ingredients

pound
whole wheat pasta
4
chicken sausages
sliced into rounds
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
tablespoon
minced garlic
½
teaspoon
sea salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
First, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, add the sliced sausage, olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until the sausage is cooked through.
Add the pasta back to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for another 1 minute.
Finally, serve!
Notes
Feel free to use your favorite shape/brand of pasta.
We love the Trader Joe’s chicken sausages because they contain no added sugar or preservatives.
To add more nutrients, feel free to add in chopped onions, peppers, or broccoli.
Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
