Ingredients

whole wheat pasta

chicken breast
cut into 1 inch pieces
¾
cup
whole milk

cup
Parmesan cheese

tablespoon
minced garlic

teaspoon
sea salt

teaspoon
pepper
¼
teaspoon
onion powder

tablespoon
butter
Instructions
First, cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces. Toss with the seasonings until fully coated.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add in the seasoned chicken.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until almost cooked through.
Then, add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
Add in the milk and cheese. Stir until the sauce has thickened.
Stir in the drained pasta until fully coated in the sauce.
Finally, serve this garlic chicken pasta!
Notes
Feel free to use any shape of pasta.
Cut the chicken into equally sized pieces.
The sauce will get thicker as it cooks.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up 4 days.
