Ingredients

watermelon
cubed

cups
jicama
peeled and cubed
⅓

cilantro
loosely chopped

limes
juiced
½ - ¾
teaspoon
chili powder

salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine watermelon and jicama. Gently fold in cilantro.
In a small bowl, mix lime juice, chili powder, and salt until well-combined. Add mixture to medium bowl and stir to coat.
Serve immediately.
