This super easy Sausage Broccoli Pasta combines savory sausage and fresh broccoli with your favorite pasta, all tossed in a simple, flavorful garlic-infused olive oil. It's quick, healthy, and so satisfying – perfect for any busy weeknight!

Ingredients

pound
whole wheat pasta
4
sausages
sliced into rounds
1
head
broccoli
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
tablespoon
minced garlic
½
teaspoon
sea salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
First, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain.
In a large skillet, add the sliced sausage, broccoli, olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until the sausage and broccoli are cooked through.
Add the pasta back to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for another 1 minute.
Finally, serve!
Notes
Feel free to use your favorite type of pasta.
We love the Trader Joe’s chicken sausages because they contain no added sugar.
Use fresh broccoli or fully thawed frozen broccoli.
Feel free to add some red pepper flakes for added heat.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
