Ingredients

sausages
sliced

pound
potatoes
cut into 1 inch cubes
2
tablespoon
olive oil
or avocado oil
½
teaspoon
sea salt
½
teaspoon
ground pepper
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
onion powder
Instructions
First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the sausage into coins and cut the potaotes into 1 inch cubes.
Arrange everything on the pan. Drizzle with oil and season with spices. Toss everything together until fully coated.
Roast in the pre-heated oven for 20 to 25 mintues, flipping over halfway.
Finally, remove from the oven. Serve!
Notes
Use any variety of sausages. We love pork sausage and chicken sausage.
Cut the potatoes into equally sized pieces. We prefer gold potatoes or red potatoes.
Feel free to add bell peppers and onions to your sheet pan.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
