Ingredients

olive oil

minced garlic

Instructions
First, in a large skillet, add the sliced sausage, olive oil, minced garlic, peppers, and onion.
Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until the sausage and veggies are cooked through.
Finally, serve this sausage stir fry!
Notes
We love the Trader Joe’s chicken sausages because they contain no added sugar.
This recipe also works well with chorizo or pork sausages.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
