Warm, tender baked peaches are baked with a sweet, buttery, cinnamon-sugar filling. The fruit becomes incredibly soft and juicy, with a caramelized flavor that's perfect on its own or topped with cold, creamy vanilla ice cream!
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then, slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place the peaches cut-side up in a rimmed baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake the peaches for 15 minutes. Then, carefully remove from the oven. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Stir together.
Spoon this mixture into the middle of each peach. Bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, or until warm and bubbly.
Lastly, remove from the oven. If desired, top with vanilla ice cream!
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
Use a baking dish with edges. There will be some peach juice in the bottom of the pan.
