First, use ripe peaches. Carefully cut them in half and remove the pits.

Drizzle a little olive oil on top of the halved peaches. This allows them to become caramelized in the oven.

Then, mix melted butter, cinnamon, and coconut sugar together. Spoon this mixture into the cavities of the peaches.

If desired, top the baked peaches with a little ice cream!

Bake the peaches for 15 minutes. Then, carefully remove from the oven. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Stir together.

Step 4

Spoon this mixture into the middle of each peach. Bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, or until warm and bubbling.
