Ingredients
1
cup
vanilla Greek yogurt
⅓
cup
coconut milk
or other milk
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
⅓
cup
cocoa powder
1
scoop
protein powder
optional
Instructions
First, add all ingredients to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip together until creamy and smooth.
Transfer the mousse to bowls. Serve immediately or allow it to thicken up in the fridge for 2 hours.
Notes
If you use plain yogurt, this mousse will be bitter. I recommend vanilla yogurt or adding in a little honey to sweeten it up.
Blend until completely smooth.
Any type of milk works.
Protein powder helps thicken the mousse and adds nutrients. Use protein powder that you like the flavor of.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 7 days.
