Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Juicy, tender garlic butter steak bites seared to perfection, coated in rich garlic butter! Each bite bursts with savory flavor, buttery goodness, and a hint of herbs. Perfectly crispy on the edges and melt-in-your-mouth inside— they are deliciously irresistible!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 shallot chopped finely
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- First, add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Toss the steak bites with sea salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites.
- Sear for one minute. Then, gently flip over. Add the butter, minced garlic, and shallot. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Finally, remove to a plate. Pour the garlic butter sauce on top. Enjoy!
Notes
- We like using sirloin steak for this. Feel free to use any lean cut steak you have.
- This recipe cooks very quickly, so keep an eye on the steak.
- The shallot adds a great flavor, but if you don’t have one, this recipe will still be flavorful.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
