Instructions
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8-inch by 4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, arrowroot flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the dairy-free milk to create a smooth batter. The consistency should be similar to traditional bread batter.
Transfer the bread batter to the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Lastly, once the Paleo bread has cooled, slice into pieces.
Notes
Arrowroot flour and tapioca flour are interchangeable.
If needed, use melted butter instead of melted coconut oil. At that point, the bread will not be dairy-free.
Feel free to use regular milk if needed.
The honey is optional. It adds a very slight sweetness.
Do not make any other substitutions. This recipe was carefully created to make the most perfect bread!
Bake until the bread is golden brown and puffed up in the middle. Insert a toothpick into the bread. If it comes out clean, the bread is done baking.
Store this bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Freeze individual slices for up to 2 months.
