I love to grow and eat fresh herbs, so I added some thyme to this Spinach Salad with Walnuts recipe. It was a fabulous addition!

walnuts
toasted and chopped

avocado
diced

shallot
thinly sliced

sprigs
thyme
stems removed
Instructions
Arrange the spinach on a large platter.
Top with walnuts, avocado, shallot, and thyme.
Serve with vinaigrette on the side.
