Hi, I am would like to get in touch with you for a possible speaking engagment. Will you please contact me?
Thank you,
Amy
Hello, I’m another Amy wondering about speaking engagements. Would you ever come out to Sacramento, CA? There are many parents out here that would love to hear you! Please contact me.
Lisa,
I am so glad that our programs coordinator sought you out for a speaking engagement at Rea View. Looking forward to meeting you and hearing you speak on Thursday.

Hi Lisa, I am very interested in learning more and hearing you speak! Do you have any public speaking engagements opening up in 1012 in the Charlotte area? I live in Huntersville!
Thank you!
Lisa C.
My daughter’s middle school had to read the Omnivore’s Dilemma, Young reader’s version for summer reading last summer. She goes to Kiser Middle School in Greensboro. We would love a visit!
Hi Lisa,
I live in Michigan and was asked to speak on healthy eating and snacks for my county’s Great Start Parent Coalition. We advocate for the importance of early childhood education for children ages 0-5. Someone thought I’d be good at it. I’ve never spoke on the subject to a group but just try to do a good job feeding my family healthy meals. Do you have any tips for me or suggestions?
I would recommend covering the following key points during your presentation:
- reasons to avoid processed food
- how to define real food
- how to read/decipher food labels (share some examples)
- practical tips on how to implement changes at home/school
- simple real food meal ideas
- 3 or 4 key takeaways (including watch Food, Inc. and start reading ingredient labels!)
good luck!

Lisa
You should come to Chicago to speak sometime!! My friends and I would line up to hear you!
Hello there!
I trying so hard to cut out processed foods from my families diet. I am doing pretty good. The kids are having difficulty with crackers ie goldfish cheeze its etc. so any help would be great. Also is it possible to get unprocessed cheese at a local grocery store like Kroger or meijer? We eat a lot of cheese and would like to have fresh.
Hi Lisa. I would look for organic cheese at the maintstream markets – I don’t see why they shouldn’t carry at least one brand. Here is a recipe for crackers the kids might enjoy…http://www.100daysofrealfood.com/2011/03/23/recipe-easy-cheesy-crackers/. Jill
Hi Lisa,
I am interested in having you come for a speaking engagement (paid) in Delaware in October. Can you please contact me by email?
Thank you!
Just wondering if you have any 2013 speaking engagements lined up. I live in Indian Trail so I’m thrilled that group of people are so close to home!
Hi Kristen. We don’t have anything lined up right now. We’ve been pretty busy seeing this Kraft petition through. ~Amy
