Special Offer: “Clean Eating” Meal Plans from eMeals

I love offering my readers special deals and this one today is no exception. In case you haven’t heard of eMeals they are an online meal planning service that creates weekly dinner plans along with corresponding shopping lists…so you don’t have to! I know most of you love meal planning services, which is why I am excited to share that eMeals just added a brand new “Clean Eating” track to their line up. They also already have a “Natural & Organic” track as well. And with just a few tweaks – like always buying the whole-grain version of the suggested breads/rice/etc. and also purchasing organic and/or local meats whenever possible – you have yourself a weekly “real food” meal plan.

Plus as a bonus there is no way to get in a dinner rut if someone else is planning the recipes for you! :)

Special eMeals deal for “100 Days of Real Food” readers only:

  • Choose either 3 months OR 6 months of the “Clean Eating” or “Natural/Organic” Weekly Meal Plans.
  • For the “Natural/Organic” Meal Plan you can choose either the “family menus” or “menus for 2 people”. Also choose between “Any Store” or a “Whole Foods” store shopping list.
  • Each weekly meal plan includes 7 different dinner recipes with a corresponding shopping list organized by section.
  • FREE Vacation Plan with order.

  • $15 for 3 months (normally $21 – an almost 30% discount)
  • $25 for 6 months (normally $35 – an almost 30% discount)

what is the difference between the clean eating meals and natural and organic?

      • 100 Days of Real Food |

Amy – The “clean eating” version is closer to our real food rules than the natural/organic one is.

Yay! I love emeals and just switched my plan to this one. Way to go!

emeals doesn’t list nutritional information and some meals are still high in fat and calories for my family. plus, 60+ items is just too much to buy for one week. I still prefer thefresh20.com

I did it!!! My husband and I will be trying out the Clean Eating plan (plus I was excited to see the site was endorsed by Dave Ramsey). While I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your website, I NEEDED something like the Clean Eating plan from emeals because it’s a lot of change to accomplish all at once. This way our family (and soon to be new addition) can all start eating healthier and making a change for the better. I figure once we are on the right track it will make it easier and easier to phase out the processed food! Thank you!

Can I purchase this now while there is a discount but start in July? I will be out of the country for a while. Thanks!

Megan you would have had to start right away…sorry it didn’t work for you!

This offer could not have come at a better time!! Last week I was trying to figure out what to do for meals for the next couple of months as I am going back to work for a paycheck next Tuesday after a 7 year break as a homemaker. Thank you for sharing!
