    My husband likes the crystal lite drops for his water. I, personally, feel that artificial sweetners are the devil!! lol do know of anyway of making my perhaps with stevia. I don’t even use that myself, but feel it would be much better for him. We live in Texas and drink alot of fluids due to the arid climate. We also have to use bottled water since the water isn’t fit to drink.

    How do you keep the apple sandwiches or apple slices from turning brown? I’ve heard lemon juice and pineapple juice might work (but not sure how well).

    I’m looking for a replacement for chocolate hazelnut spread… my kids and I love the commercial stuff, but it obviously does not fall under the real food rules! Please come up with a recipe!! We love everything we’ve tried from this blog, even my picky skeptical husband! He’s mid way through a no sugar challenge and doing great, and I give a lot of the credit to Lisa’s recipes and inspiration. Thanks for the work all of you put into it!!

    Not enough veggie recipes. Including a full serving with every lunch and dinner meal should be a given for all families. Letting veggies shine and not hiding them in carbs is not encouraged enough in our country.

    My husband lost 80 lbs in the past 16 months. He was hospitalized and after he recovered from an infection, he knew his eating habits were part of the problem. Our bodies NEED wholesome nutrition to kill infections and keep things, at normal working order.

    He stopped eating gluten first, then he eventually stopped eating meat. He eats organic fruits and veggies, beans, and limited amounts of cheese.

    He feels better, he hasn’t had anymore issues with the previous infection, and his weight loss, says so much about his new eating habits.

    I want to thank you, for your recipes. I’ve been following you on facebook for a long time and I try a new recipe when you post them. He enjoys what I fix and we are so thankful to you for putting this information out there for others.

    We have just decided to slowly start changing over to whole foods and it is so overwhelming!! But when I found your blog it really took a lot of anxiety away. You have made it less intimidating and doable with so much great information and your recipes sound so good and not so…different.     The strawberry honey jam is fantastic. This was my first time canning and I love this easy to follow recipe that tastes wonderful!

    hand whenever you experience excessive shedding, breakage and lost moisture.
    The US National Library of Medicine warns against ingesting this petroleum product.
    But who has the time to go through all that information.
