I purchased your book when it first came out and I love it but I don’t have a recipe index. Is there a way to get one .Thank you.

Hello there! I’m a happy owner of your amazing book. I tried making the quinoa veggie burgers, but I can’t find the recipe here in the website. Like I said, I tried making the burgers but the end result was a total mess. The burgers wouldn’t stay put, I ended up with something like a casserole, I had to eat it with tostadas, nothing like a burger. What did I do wrong? Help please, I want to try againg because the cooked mix is delicious.

You should not be eating processed foods, then you will not need to know how to read labels. Virtually all processed foods are “dead” cooked which kills all the enzymes, and contain preservatives which are harmful to the body and dyes, stabilizers, high levels of salt, corn and soy products which are virtually always GMO and dangerous to our health, and lots of chemicals which may cause cancer or create allergies, or otherwise negatively impact our health. Cook fresh at home using organic, healthy foods – the way your grandma did.

  • […] 100 Days of Real Food  Lisa and her family decided to dedicate 100 Days to Eating Only Real Food—no processed foods at all. They realized the great health benefits and have never gone back to processed foods. Focus is on whole foods, minimally processed, local foods, natural sweeteners and nothing out of a box, can, bag, bottle or package that has more than 5 ingredients. One of my FAVE’S: Spaghetti Squash with Roasted Tomato Sauce.
