Many people swear by essential oils as home remedies and claim they help keep their kids out of the doctor's office. Though these claims are not backed by the FDA, it certainly sounds intriguing! So if you want to figure out how to incorporate them into your family's routine, here are some good ways to start.

My mom has been promoting essential oils this past year and gave me a sample of lavender and peppermint. They smell so good! every couple of months I get a sinus infection- and I am so tired of using allergy medicines, I really want to see if I can use oils to clear up my nasal passages and relieve congestion. I would love to win either kit, although that starter kit looks ah-mazing! I was recently introduced to oils by a friend that bought me a little kit with lavender, lemon, and peppermint oil. I admit, I was a skeptic but when a little lavender and peppermint made my headache disappear plus gave me a great's night sleep, I'm sold. I just don't know where to start!
