I have started out using oils when, and nurse had me smell an oil and immediately felt better! Wow I couldn't believe it! How amazing! Since then I've been researching safety with oils and have found that the group I belong to talk very highly of plant therapy and how pure it actually is versus the "over charger" companies. Lol

My 11 year old daughter suffers from anxiety. It has proven to be very debilitating. We are doing counseling, yoga/ mediation, healthy eating and even a hypnotist. These are helping, tremendously. However, I feel like they are only peices to her puzzle. I have recently read where essential oils can help. Hoping it is the piece to her puzzle we are missing!
