This is the blue cheese dressing I like to serve with my Cobb Salad recipe, which you can read about on my related blog post here.
Blue Cheese Dressing
Great on Cobb Salad.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese, or Roquefort cheese
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chives, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly and drizzle over salad just before eating.

Made it tonight. Loved it! Put a little cracked pepper and sea salt on it as well.
