Blue Cheese Dressing

Great on Cobb Salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese (or Roquefort cheese)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon chives (minced (optional))

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly and drizzle over salad just before eating.
