Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese (or Roquefort cheese)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chives (minced (optional))
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly and drizzle over salad just before eating.
