I really liked the Costco post. It gave me some great ideas as we do 98% of our shopping at Costco and do our best to eat real food for most of our meals. Also, I referenced the lunch ideas a lot. As well as the post about whether your kids eat enough protein during the day (I think that post was written in another year). We don't eat a lot of meat so it was encouraging to read your perspective on that topic.

Oh dear! I opened this after finishing off the last of the Chokotoffes (Belgian chocolate-caramel candies that are as addictive as crack) that I got for Christmas.
I like your rules and the cereal chart. Though in France, Cheerios are coated with sugar (honey? something sticky), which probably makes them very bad.
