I am so excited to have found your book and website. I grew up on the Western diet and that is all I know. I'm looking forward to learning how to change my family's way of eating. I have been talking to my kids about it (they are 7 and 10) and they are having a hard time understanding why they shouldn't eat the same foods that they've been eating all their life. Is there a resource that can help me teach them in a way they will understand?
