I had a great group of bloggers, friends, and “Cookbook Ambassadors” help me spread the word about my newest cookbook that came out last month.
I’d love to take a moment to thank each and every one of them, and it would be so great if you could help me spread the love by clicking on any blogs below that interest you. I truly appreciate everyone’s support with the launch of this book!

Still Want a Copy?
If you haven’t picked up your copy yet my new book is available wherever books are sold (including Target, Costco and Barnes and Noble if you like to get it in person). Here are some online options for ordering:
Also if you have a copy and are enjoying it I’d love if you could please leave me a review online at one of these websites. Thanks again for your support! :)
I am so excited to have found your book and website. I grew up on the Western diet and that is all I know. I’m looking forward to learning how to change my family’s way of eating. I have been talking to my kids about it (they are 7 and 10) and they are having a hard time understanding why they shouldn’t eat the same foods that they’ve been eating all their life. Is there a resource that can help me teach them in a way they will understand?
Hi Stephanie, try taking a look at this post particular post. Hope it helps. https://www.100daysofrealfood.com/how-to-talk-kids-about-real-food/
