    This looks delicious. Could it be adapted to cook overnight in a slow cooker and be ready for kids to serve themselves at breakfast time?

      We have not tried making this into slow cooker overnight oats. We would 3X to 5X times the recipe and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Hope this helps!
