I used to live of life of fast food and nights out on the town. I was sluggish, depressed and feeling down. I always knew that the choices I was making weren't the best for me but was too lazy to make a change. Once I became pregnant I knew I had to make a change not just for the time being while I was pregnant but I wanted to develop a healthy life style so my son would have a great role model and healthy start in life. I changed my eating and when I first learned of EO's I knew it was the next step to a healthier life style, one that would include throwing away all man made medicine that does more harm than good. I would love to win to be able to take that next step!
