We have started reading up on and learning about EOs and have tried a few that we have found locally so far we can see a great improvement in my little girls sleep by putting lavender on the bottom of her feet at bed time and peppermint on her chest when she is stuffed up. Would love to branch out and try other products and blends! My sister in law diffuses a blend she has to keep the kids calm and focused during home work. She said it has been a big help in her oldest daughters grades. We plan to get a diffuser and see who it works for us. I have read up on Plant Therapy and their family owned brand and would love to try their products and share our experiences with them!! Thanks!
