Many people swear by essential oils as home remedies and claim they help keep their kids out of the doctor's office. Though these claims are not backed by the FDA, it certainly sounds intriguing! So if you want to figure out how to incorporate them into your family's routine, here are some good ways to start.

- Lavender

I would love to try these oils for SEVERAL reasons... 1) I am all about keeping my kids healthy and avoiding OTC meds. I am kind've a germaphobe (don't hate me) so keeping them healthy is even stress relieving for me. I've seen them very sick at young ages (RSV at 11 days old) and it was wretched seeing them in the hospital with tubes.. HEALTH HEALTH HEALTH... not to mention let's chat about all the stuff they put in our foods these days to essentially make us UNHEALTHY. Hello NON GMO foods and organic!! WOOT WOOT. It would be a blessing to give these a whirl and pass on the results to friends and family so they could benefit too!
