  1. Love the cookbook, and have made several of the recipes. I’m also on board for the mini challenges in Jan. Thank you so much for all you do.

  2. I preordered your cookbook because I love your blog and recipes so much. I’ve been using your cookbook for months now and it’s the best cookbook ever! I’m hoping you’ll release another cookbook in the near future! Thanks!

  3. since finding your blog, I have tried adding real food to my life. I started with lunches for the kids, but honestly, you have helped me make som positive changes to my life. So thank you! And I have the cookbook!

  4. I don’t see much on Tofu. Is there a brand of Tofu you recommend or on the flip side, brands that you would not eat. In general, I am curios if blocks of Tofu (usually how they are packaged) are highly processed.

  5. I can’t wait for my pre-ordered Cook Book to get here. I am slowly trying to get healthier unprocessed food items in my kitchen and continually trying to talk about it with my 10 and 12 year old (which can be a challenge at times). BUT, I am having a great day today as I had to defrost my fridge/freezer and started throwing stuff out:)

  6. Hi, I pre-ordered your cookbook today from Amazon.ca. I am excited to get it. I did notice however after I had already ordered it that the list you have for the free extra recipes is for indigo here in Canada. Is there a reason that Amazon.ca isn’t included? Is there a chance I could still get the extra recipes? If not I will just chock it up to not reading the whole instructions in better detail, but I thought I would ask why Amazon.com was mentioned and not Amazon.ca. I sent in my request and the order number for Amazon.ca anyway. Looking forward to getting the cookbook, congrats on a really good website too, I appreciate all the hard work you have gone to.
    Thanks,
    Brenda

  7. hi Lisa,

I am a book blogger and I would be interested in reviewing your new cookbook. We could also do a author interview and a guest post if your interested. Let me know what you think and if you have copies available for review. I love your blog and your recipes. Thanks for your consideration and Congrats on your new cookbook.

    1. Assistant to 100 Days (Amy)

Hi Marya. We’ve not counted up paleo friendly recipes. While there are certainly several, many of Lisa’s recipes use whole grains as an ingredient. ~Amy

  8. My cookbook is preordered and I’m just so excited I had to share!! We have been off and on the organic/healthy train for five years and your blog has been an amazing help! I have ran into so many challenges and your tips and recipes have made it doable…can’t wait to see what’s in your book and get this family back to super clean happy healthy eating!
    Thank you!

  9. You should do a seminar in NYC area, so my husband and friends can go and really transform. Although I was pretty food savvy…I’m thankful you opened my eyes wider. Still trying to transform the family :) 60% there….

  10. I have been reading your blog for a year now and it’s completely changed the way I look at food. I was even able to help someone in the grocery store yesterday who had never heard of White Whole Wheat. It felt amazing to have all this real food knowledge and I owe it all to you! I can’t wait to get my book and have been counting down the days for months!!

  11. Hello! I am so excited to receive your new book! Your website has taught me so much and you and your family are such an inspiration to me!
I pre-ordered your book a few nights ago and filled out the section to receive the e-book the day after. I am wondering if this will be sent at the same time as your book? Thank you!
