By using a new technique, I've discovered how to make the fluffiest and flakiest whole-wheat biscuits. My kids can't get enough! When using pasty flour, the key is to fold the dough into itself to make it flaky. These are the perfect pairing for any dinner.

It takes no more than 15 or 20 minutes to make them from mixing the dough to pulling them out of the oven. Then once these whole-wheat biscuits are done they are moist and flaky and so tasty (c’mon, look at the picture—you know you want one!).
