Expert Tips for Success

Here are a few expert tips and tricks for making the best protein mug cake.

Use a microwave-safe mug or large ramekin.  It should be at least 8 to 10 ounces in volume.

Microwave the cake on high for 1 minute, or until it is cooked through.

If more time is needed, microwave in additional 10-second increments.

Let the mug cake cool for a few minutes before serving. This will help prevent it from being too hot.

As soon as the mug cake comes out of the microwave, add some chocolate chips on top.  They become soft and gooey!

Notes
