Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. Feel free to use chicken thighs if desired. Use boneless, skinless chicken. If you only have frozen chicken, thaw beforehand.

Use soy sauce or coconut aminos. Coconut aminos are soy-free and gluten-free.

Tapioca flour helps thicken the teriyaki sauce. It is very similar to cornstarch. Arrowroot powder is another great option.

Olive oil helps crisp up the chicken. Replace with avocado oil if needed.

Fresh garlic and ginger add so much flavor! In a pinch, use garlic powder and ground ginger.

For the veggies, use onion, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli florets, and snap peas. If desired, add in some mushrooms.
