Use room temperature cream cheese. Cold cream cheese is harder to mix. Set the cream cheese on your kitchen counter about 2 hours before making this recipe.

Shredded Swiss cheese adds a delicious flavor!

Mayonnaise adds creaminess. We like cleaner brands like Primal Kitchen.

The chopped onion adds a delicious flavor as well.

Lastly, top with sliced almonds. This creates a crunchy crispy topping!

This Swiss cheese dip is ultra creamy, gooey, and cheesy! The almonds provide a delicious crunchy texture.

This dip tastes mostly like Swiss cheese. It is savory and creamy.

How to Make

Step 1

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, add the room-temperature cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, mayo, and chopped onion. Use an electric mixer to mix the ingredients together.

Transfer this mixture to the greased baking dish. Smooth into one even layer.

Then, sprinkle the sliced almonds on top, completely covering the cheesy mixture.

Bake for 24 to 27 minutes, or until the almonds are lightly golden and the edges are bubbly.
