It’s that time of year again so here’s another installment in my School Lunch Roundup series! I know some readers love to sit down and look at these healthy school lunch ideas with their kids so they can point out what they want (and, more importantly, what they’ll actually eat!). Wow all lunch boxes looks amazing. Now I want to go school again so that can have these yummy options for lunch. I will try all these combo food stuffs ideas for my kiddos lunch box. They will love me for this. Thanks for sharing. https://mommystimeline.com
I notice the lunches are packed in what I think are the Glad containers and I was under the impression they don’t sell them anymore… haven’t for years… Do you have a source for these? I’d love some more.
Love the recipes and suggestions from your site – I definitely think you do a great job. I have to say, though, I was super bummed when I actually had time to read through the email update today, saw the corresponding round up article that talks about the meal plans, went to buy it and then it’s not available. Disappointing, and would just recommend that you be mindful of the daily posts so the info is up to date. Thanks! :)
Hello! I’m loving your book! I was wondering if I skipped the wine on some of the recipes, would it make a huge difference? For example the Parmesan crusted chicken?
Hi there. You can always use apple cider vinegar instead.
i do not eat meat but the rest of this sounds good!! cant wait to see what my kids think!:)
How do you keep the sliced apples from browning without altering the taste?
mix honey into water, 1 tsp into a bowl with water, then soak the apples. I usually let them soak while I prep the rest of lunch in the morning and then add the apples last.
I’ll try that! Thanks so much for the idea!
What brand of ham do you use?
Applegate.
Very healthy and tasty options for kids. Hopefully this article will help in making good lunch boxes for school going kids.
couldn’t agree more!:)
